Downtown, Lansing business is searching for a high level Administrative Assistant
Bilingual Administrative Assistant:
Working under the direction and approval of the Director/Owner, this trusted employee coordinates funeral services and other urgent details and activities such as:
- Communicating with families (email, face to face, phone, etc..) to take detailed orders and changes; answering confidential questions; meeting important deadlines; writing newspaper notices, obituaries, etc.
- Being the Funeral Director’s right hand by: informing him of priorities, changes, issues, and critical deadlines. Meticulous documentation is critical.
- Working with vendors to order detailed funeral products and services in a professional and timely manner.
Bilingual Administrative Assistant Additional skills that are needed:

Hours may include Saturday and Sunday due to the nature of the business.
Bilingual Administrative Assistant Compensation Range: $14.00 to $15.00/hour
